PROPERTY MANAGER
Responsible and accountable for the physical condition (cleanliness and repair) and daily operations of the assigned self storage facility. Primary duties include taking storage reservations, showing and renting storage spaces, collecting rent, processing paperwork, cash control, and facility maintenance. Other duties include, but not limited to: marketing the facility to prospective customers, opening and closing the rental office, communicating directives to other employees, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, achieving assigned profit and loss targets, monitoring competition, assisting management in pricing decisions, plus training and overseeing the performance of others working on the facility and other duties as assigned.
Must be in sufficient condition to perform physical tasks, including lifting objects at least 40 pounds, light cleaning, removal of trash and items left behind by tenants, and basic maintenance of buildings and grounds. Must have good grammar and speaking skills in English. Requires a positive disposition and excellent people skills. This position reports directly to an Area Manager and/or Regional Manager.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

RELIEF MANAGER
Responsible for the physical condition and daily operations of the assigned property in the absence of or in support of the Property Manager. Reports directly to Property Manager, local Area Manager, and/or Regional Manager, and under the authority of the corporate office. This position may cover multiply properties any given week.
Must be in sufficient physical condition to perform physical tasks, including lifting objects at least 40 pounds, light cleaning, removal of trash and items left behind by tenants, and basic maintenance of buildings and grounds. Must have good grammar and speaking skills in English. Requires a positive disposition and excellent people skills.
